Equipment hire specialists Onsite Rental Group who regularly deliver EWP’s (elevated work platform’s) recently called on Fleetspec Hire needing a specialized truck for one of their valued equipment hire clients.
The requirement was for a 16t (8×4) Tilt Tray Truck with Crane, which have very limited supply nationally.
Fleetspec Hire had 2x in stock and went to work, completely refurbishing one of their fleet to meet the specific requirements of the job, completing the project in three weeks and delivering the newly customized truck to site for Citic Pacific Mining in Cape Preston, located in the Pilbara region of WA.
The truck will be used for relocating a 9t EWP (elevated work platform) on site, so was also customized to include a premium mine-spec with external ROPS.
The duration of the hire at the Sino Iron project for 6 months or more.
